Description
Charming sumizuri-e (墨摺絵) monochrome woodblock print depicting a young nude model posing seated and combing her long hair with her hands.
The work is unsigned and was most likely made between the end of the Taisho period (大正時代) and the beginning of the Showa era (昭和時代).
The print on Japanese washi paper (和紙), despite the right signs of aging including slight stains, is in overall good condition.
